  • When the parcel arrives at the Itella Logistics terminal, the system automatically selects the delivery method for you according to the service ordered by your sender:
    • To your specified address
    • To Smartpost terminal
    • To Parcel shop (Narvesen, Eurokos)
  • The delivery method of the parcel can be changed only if the transport service of your parcel allows it. In that case, you can:
    • Change the delivery address (parcel delivery may be delayed up to 2 workdays)
    • Direct the parcel to the Smartpost terminal
  • You may also choose the delivery method of the parcel if you receive an SMS before the shipment arrives to Lithuania.
  • The delivery method can be changed only if the parcel is stored in Itella Logistics terminal.
  • To change the delivery method, order re-delivery with the appropriate delivery information:
    REDELIVERY
  • If the parcel is already out for delivery or is delivered to the delivery point, it is not possible to change the delivery method.
  • GLS parcels are delivered only to the specified address.
