When the parcel arrives in Lithuania, it’s redirected to delivery. If the first delivery fails, your parcel is returned from delivery and is stored for 10-14 business days at our terminal. We will inform you about the received shipment using your provided contact information (SMS, e-mail, physical letter).

  • If your parcel arrives via „Deutsche Post”, chances are your contact information is missing.

  • If your parcel is at the terminal, check SMS and/or information received by email (and also SPAM directory).
