“Smartpost” Working Hours on November 1–2
We would like to inform you that on November 1 (All Saints’ Day) and November 2 (All Souls’ Day), we will be closed. This will impact our parcel delivery and customer service hours.
- Parcel Delivery to Parcel Lockers: Deliveries will not be made on November 1–2. Expected deliveries will reach you on November 4.
- Customer Service Center: We will be closed on November 1–2. We will respond to your inquiries starting from November 4. You can send all parcel inquiries by email to customerservice.lt@itella.com – we will reply as soon as possible upon our return.
- October 31 Working Hours: There are no changes to our customer service and parcel delivery hours on October 31; we will be working as usual.
