“Smartpost” Working Hours during Christmas holidays

We would like to inform you that we will be closed on December 24-26 and January 1. As a result, parcel delivery and customer service hours will change accordingly.

Parcel delivery to lockers: Parcels will not be delivered on December 24-26 or January 1. Parcels expected during this time will reach you on the next business day after the holidays.

Customer service: Customer service will not be available on the mentioned days. For any inquiries regarding parcels, please send an email to customerservice.lt@itella.com, and we will respond as soon as possible upon our return.

On December 23 and December 31, customer service and parcel delivery hours will remain unchanged, and we will operate as usual.
