The delivery method of a parcel may only be changed if your delivery service allows you to change it.
The delivery mode of a parcel may be changed if:
- You want to change your shipping address
- The parcel is directed to a delivery point that is farther than 8 km from the address indicated on the parcel
- • You do not have the option to receive the parcel at a specific address and would like to be picked up at the delivery point
GLS parcels are delivered to the specified address only, and GLS parcels can also be picked up at the terminal.
